Lancaster

I am very proud of Lancashire. I live here and have yet to find anywhere in this country to excel the Ribble, Hodder and Lune valleys. The views from the Trough of Bowland,Jeffrey Hill and Waddington Fell are ever changing with the light and seasons.and let us not forget that Lancashires county boundaries still extends to the Lake district, despite the introduction of administative areas to confuse us.

Lancashire is a fantastic place (a pity Blackpool and Preston are a part of it though). Southeners say the north is in the dark ages - well Londoners take a good look at yourself, with your scummy markets, transport system falling apart, a disgusting Tube (hate to think what tourists think) and dirty streets. Lancashire is the place to be!

Lancashire is a great county with lots to do.

But this section is a bout LANCASTER? lol.

It is a very nice city and I usually enjoy every visit, lots to do and se, a lovely small city with hardly any chavs at all, a nice selection of shops, great transport links and a nice castle.

Lancashire is great, shame that there is a dump like Blackpool in it though. Preston is the main city of Lancashire and is pretty nice, bad areas yes, but more good than bad, better than the dump Blackpool by miles.
